 3. Is satellite radio compatible with this unit?
Yes with SIRIUS radio, you will need the SIRIUS adapter DP-1055, included. However the antenna for the included Sirius Tuner is missing. You would have to find one somewhere or purchase a new SCC1 tuner. Available on Amazon for approx $45.00. 

4. Will I able to play cd/mp3/dvd while in navigation mode?
Yes, you will be able to listen to music from cd/mp3/dvd since GPS software is on sd card which make disc drive free for your personal use.

 5. Would I be able to play a video while driving?
All multi-media navigation system come with a safety feature that turns off video while driving. This safety feature can be easily bypassed and instructions are available all over the web.

 6. Once this unit is installed, would I need to take my vehicle to dealer to have it programmed?
No, this unit is ready for use once the installation is complete so you will not need to program this unit at the Volkswagen dealer.
